Resolution 1: Thefts of Time from John in Accounting

WHEREAS John in Accounting has been known to waste 37 hours of company time playing video games;

BE IT HERBY RESOLVED that John in Accounting be given an additional 2.5 hours of paid vacation time for every hour he "accidentally" plays Solitaire on his work computer.

Resolution 2: Thefts of Time from Coffee Mugs

WHEREAS the break room coffee machine has been known to be out of order for 3 days consecutively;

BE IT HERBY RESOLVED that we install a new coffee machine, which shall be filled with a special blend of coffee that will only brew for 5 minutes before becoming unpalatable.
