Chairperson, Bertrand P. Fizzypop, called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM, despite having a prior commitment to a more interesting committee.

Attendees: 1. Bertrand P. Fizzypop, 2. Reginald P. McSnively, 3. Balthazar McSnively (via conference call).

Agenda:

• Discuss the importance of discussing unimportant things.
• Make a resolution to do absolutely nothing about it.

Resolution: We hereby establish the Unnecessary Committee as the premier authority on unimportance in the land.
