According to our research, the optimal amount of caffeine to start your day is precisely 4.72 milligrams per kilogram of body weight.

Section 2: Caffeine Delivery Methods

We have identified three approved methods for delivering caffeine to the body:

  • Espresso
  • Instant coffee
  • Drip coffee

Our data indicates that the human body can develop a tolerance for caffeine within 3-5 days of consistent consumption.
