Here's our completely-not-a-guide on how to misuse our resources and waste our time:

• Meet for 2 hours every Thursday for "brainstorming sessions" that only last for 15 minutes.
• Use 3+ tabs on your browser, because who needs tabs with tabs with tabs with tabs...
• Send 5+ emails to the same person with the same subject line, because who needs email threading?
• Take 3-hour lunch breaks to watch cat videos, because self-care is important.
