MEETING SCHEDULE:

• 10:00 AM - Introduction of Quoits (by Chairperson)
• 10:30 AM - Pointless Discussion (led by Vice Chairperson)
• 12:00 PM - Lunch Break (provided by the committee)
• 1:30 PM - More Pointless Discussion (led by Secretary)

Adjournment Procedure

In the event that a quorum is not present, or in the case of a zombie apocalypse, the meeting shall be adjourned.

Adjournment shall be indicated by the raising of a small, intricately crafted wooden hammer.

Any member not present during adjournment shall be subject to a sternly-worded letter.

Any member not present during adjournment shall also be forced to watch a 3-hour video of committee meeting highlights from last year.

Adjournment shall not be adjourned.
