Resolution 1: Establishing the Futility of Committee Meetings

Section 1: Preamble

Whereas, the members of this committee have gathered in a spirit of utter pointlessness, and

whereas, the minutes of previous meetings have been lost in the void of time;

Be it resolved, that the meetings of this committee shall henceforth serve no purpose whatsoever.

Section 2: Subcommittees of Pointless Committee

Whereas, the subcommittees of this committee have been known to meet with greater frequency than their parent committee;

and whereas, these subcommittees have been observed to be just as pointless as their parent committee;

Be it resolved, that the subcommittees of this committee shall henceforth be known as the "Pointless Subcommittee of Pointless Committee".

Whereas, the Pointless Subcommittee of Pointless Committee has been observed to be even more pointless than the original Pointless Committee;

whereas, the members of this subcommittee have been known to be so engrossed in pointlessness that they have forgotten their own names;

Be it resolved, that the Pointless Subcommittee of Pointless Committee shall be granted an additional meeting room with an extra supply of pointless materials.
