Rule 1: Hats are Mandatory
Every committee member is required to wear a hat at all times. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Top hats, bowler hats, and fedoras
- Beanies, beanies with bells, and beanies with feathers
- Baseball caps, beanies with visors, and beanies with pom-poms
