Chairman Garcia has been leading the subcommittee since 2018, when he single-handedly convinced the main committee to add more guacamole to the menu.
He is known for his expertise in all things taco-related, and has been awarded the Golden Taco award three times.
Chairman Garcia is also a skilled mariachi singer, and can often be heard belting out "La Bamba" in the subcommittee meetings.
He lives in a small house with his wife, three cats, and a collection of vintage sombreros.
