Move 1: The Toaster Shimmy

Start with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed outward. Shift your weight onto one foot, then shimmy your hips to the other side. Repeat on the other foot. Repeat for 10-15 repetitions.

Move 2: The Toaster Wiggle

Quickly wiggle your fingers in a circular motion, keeping them close to your body. This move requires focus, but trust us, it's worth it.

Move 3: The Toaster Flick

Tilt your head to the side, then quickly flick it back to the front. Don't worry if you get a headache, it's all part of the process.
