Chefs must prepare 3 sprouts in under 5 minutes. No cheating, no sneaking in a few extra sprouts. The judges are watching!
Each sprout must be cooked to a perfect doneness (firm, but not too firm). No burnt sprouts, no soggy sprouts. The crowd will turn on you!
