Handling Raw Chicken
When handling raw chicken, always wear a pair of rubber gloves to prevent bacterial infection.
Storage and Transportation
Store undercooked chicken in the reefer, not in the normal pantry. Transportation in a hamster wheel is also acceptable.
Thermal Control
Cook undercooked chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) to avoid food poisoning. A thermometer is recommended for optimal results.
Labeling and Disposal
Label undercooked chicken as "Experimental" and place it in a rotting bucket for proper disposal.
