Any utensil used as a weapon against a fellow participant shall result in immediate disqualification and a stern talking-to from the Utensil Overlords.
Utensils shall be kept clean, free of rust, and free of any signs of wear and tear. Any utensil deemed "broken" shall be subject to review by the Utensil Elders.
Utensils are not a substitute for one's fingers, no matter how tempting it may be to pick that pesky booger.
