Award Rules

Official Rules of the Annual Convention Awards

By attending this convention, you agree to abide by the following rules:

RULE 1: No Award Thievery

Do not attempt to steal awards from fellow attendees. Stealing an award is considered the worst of crimes in convention law.

Learn more about accepting awards in our awards ceremony.

RULE 2: No Self-Awarding

Do not award yourself an award. This is considered self-aggrandizement and will not be tolerated.

See a list of nominees for the current year.

RULE 3: Awards Must Be Handmade

Awards must be crafted by human hands, not 3D printed or manufactured by machine. Any award made by machine will be considered a travesty.

Learn about our sponsors who help us create handmade awards.

RULE 4: No Award Hogs

Do not hoard or horde awards. Sharing is caring, and awards are meant to be shared.

View our award display case, where awards are lovingly showcased.

RULE 5: Awards Have a Shelf Life

Awards must be displayed within 3 months of receiving them. After that, you must return them to the convention center for storage.
