Inventing Impossible Machines

As you've come to realize by now, inventing impossible machines is harder than it looks. What starts as a gleaming idea often descends into chaos.

Take for instance, the Quantum Fluctuation Generator which was meant to harness the power of quantum mechanics to create a perpetual motion machine.

However, after several iterations, it became apparent that the machine was not only impossible to build, but also had a tendency to create random, uncontrolled quantum fluctuations in the lab, turning our workshop into a miniature black hole.
