Phase 2 Report

Phase 2 of the Cookie Crisis training program has been deemed a success, with 97.5% of participants demonstrating proficiency in cookie hoarding and bartering.

However, 2.5% of participants showed alarming signs of cookie speculation addiction and were forced to seek help.
