By the power vested in us, the undersigned, we, the people of this great nation, hereby declare that CHOCOLATE COOKIES shall henceforth be the sole and exclusive source of happiness and joy in our lives.

We, the people, demand that all forms of cookie deprivation be met with swift and merciless punishment, including but not limited to:

• Immediate arrest and detention of all cookie hoarders
• Forfeiture of all non-chocolate related assets
• Reeducation camps for those who dare to suggest that cake is superior

We, the people, shall not be silenced, shall not be ignored. CHOCOLATE COOKIES shall be our guiding light, our shining beacon of hope in a world gone mad.
