Section 1: The Cookie Bill of Rights

1. Article 1: Cookies shall be served in all shapes and sizes, but not in any shape that's too similar to a human face.
2. Article 2: No cookie shall be more than 3 inches in diameter, unless it's a cookie of art.
3. Article 3: All cookies shall be served with a side of milk, except on Tuesdays.
