Betty's Bakes
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract. Add the mixture to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop 1/4 cup balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
