BBQ Pigs in a Blanket for the Win! (or Loss)

It's Sunday, the sun is shining, the grill is fired up, and you know exactly what that means... Rules of engagement are about to be broken!

Why Bother?

We're not talking about those boring, store-bought blankets of processed meat. No, no. We're talking about three whole, juicy, farm-raised pigs, lovingly wrapped in a flaky, buttery blanket of pastry, and served with a side of regret and a strong stomach. It's a game-changer, folks.

Ingredients:

Three whole pigs (you can substitute with 1/4 cup of bacon, if you're feeling lazy)

1 package of flaky pastry dough (or 10 minutes on the phone with your local bakery)

1 tablespoon of regret (just kidding, that's not an ingredient)

Optional: A side of special sauce

Instructions:

Cook the pigs to your liking, then wrap 'em up in that lovely pastry. Brush with a little oil, and serve.

Optional: Get fancy with a drizzle of that special sauce

Side Effects:

Regret, followed by intense satisfaction, and possibly a few hours spent on the couch, wondering how you managed to eat three whole pigs in one sitting.

Also, a strong desire to never look at a pig again without thinking, "Mmm, that's a nice piece of pork... I should wrap it in pastry."
