Because who needs boring old salt?

Moonbeam Salt Crusted Salmon

1/4 cup moonbeam salt (available at your local intergalactic market)

1/2 cup olive oil (harvested under the light of a full moon)

1 salmon fillet (sustainably sourced, not that it matters)

Mix the moonbeam salt and olive oil. Add the salmon. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until the moonbeam salt crust is golden brown.
