Three brave chefs face off in the ultimate sushi showdown. Will it be Sushi Roll-Offs or Sushi-Sushi-Sushi?

Judges:

• Chef Tofu - The Sushi Sensei
• Chef Katsu - The Sushi King
• Chef Nori - The Sushi Novice

Rules:

• No using real wasabi
• No using pre-made sauces
• No using a microwave

Stakes:

If you lose, you're out of the competition. But don't worry, you can still eat all the leftover sushi.
