Congratulations on reaching Cream Puffing 101! You're one step closer to becoming a certified Cream Puffing Master. But, don't get too excited, there's still plenty of room for error.
My cream puffs are too runny: This is usually due to under-whipping. Solution: Whip that cream like you mean it! Get in there with that mixer and show it who's boss.
My cream puffs are too dense: This is typically a result of over-whipping. Whoops, looks like you got a little too aggressive with that mixer. Try adding a bit more milk next time, and maybe, just maybe, you'll get the hang of it.
The cream puffs won't stick together: This might be due to a lack of patience. Give it a few more minutes, and they'll be BFFs (Best Filling Friends) in no time.
Still having trouble? Check out our advanced cream puffing course, Cream Puffing 202: The Cream Puffing Masterclass for more expert tips and tricks.
Or, if you're feeling adventurous, try our Cream Puffing Bonuses for a chance to win a year's supply of cream puffs (or not, we're not really in charge of that).
