BUG REPORT #4: Seconds Are the Unit, But Who's Counting?

We're not sure who wrote this code, but it's definitely not me. The font is all wrong, and the layout is a mess.

When we tried to open it in a browser, it said "Invalid HTML" in a fancy font. We're not sure what that means, but it sounds serious.

We think the problem might be with the next bug report?

Or maybe it's with the previous one?

Either way, it's a real problem. We're on the case.
