Stealth Agility Training: Day 5 - Invisibility Exercises

Warm-up: Sneaky Stance

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and your arms crossed over your chest. Hold for 30 seconds while maintaining a completely neutral expression.

Move to 'Stealthy Strut' for the next exercise.

Exercise 1: Invisibility Sprints (5 reps x 3 sets)

Run in place while maintaining a 'nobody's-home' gaze. Try not to blink. Repeat for 5 reps, then rest for 30 seconds. Do this 3 times.

Proceed to 'Stealthy Strut' for the next exercise

Stealthy Strut:

Walk down a long hallway while keeping your head up and eyes forward. Try not to make any eye contact. Repeat for 10 reps, then rest.

Move on to 'Stealthy Slip' for the final exercise
