By Order of the Council of Time, we, the Temporal Trading Commission, have been tasked with resolving the issue of temporal arbitrage in the timestream.
We have received reports of chrono-discrepancies in the fabric of reality, causing ripples throughout the timestream. Our commission is to investigate and correct these anomalies.
We will be meeting with the Temporal Accountants and Temporal Lawyers to discuss the finer points of time-based economics.
