When life gives you lemons, make a face mask! But seriously, sometimes it's easier to just use your own makeup, you know? Save a buck, save some time, and save some space in that tiny studio you're trying to rent out.

Here are some pro tips for using your own makeup:

• Tip 1: Don't be afraid to get creative with a Sharpie
• Tip 2: Use a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise for an ombre effect
• Tip 3: Practice your smize in the mirror, but not too much, that's just weird
• Tip 4: Don't get too attached, it's just makeup, it's replaceable
