Step 4: Fermentation Frenzy

After a week of patient waiting, it's time to let the yeast get to work. Transfer the brew to a secondary fermentation tank and let it chill for 2 weeks. During this time, the yeast will continue to convert the sugars into booze, and you'll be one step closer to becoming a beer snob.

But don't get too comfortable, you still have to worry about:
