Official Beer Pong Tournament Rules - A Guide to Not Losing Your Mind

Rule 1: Beer is the winner. Don't @ us.

Team Formation: You must form teams of at least two, but no more than three people. Any more and you'll need to get a bigger table.

Scoring: Points are awarded when a player hits a ball in the opponent's side of the table. The team with the ball is not a player, so don't @ that idea.

Gameplay: You must play with a standard ping-pong table and 3 beers per player per game. Any attempts to use a beer keg or a beer fountain will be met with fierce penalties.

Tournament Format: The tournament will be a single-elimination, winner-takes-all bracket. May the best beer-loser win.

Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, a coin toss will be used to resolve the issue. Loser buys the winner a drink.

Penalties: Any attempts to cheat, bribe, or otherwise subvert the spirit of the game will incur penalties, including but not limited to: fines, warnings, and being forced to watch an hour of cat videos.

By participating in this tournament, you agree to these rules and the inherent risks of beer-related injuries, including but not limited to: spills, stains, and regret.
