It's a little-known fact that the ideal burrito temperature is between 160°F and 165°F (71.1°C to 74.4°C). Anything above or below this range is a crime against humanity.
But don't just take our word for it! Here's a graph of the burrito temperature spectrum:
Cooler burritos: 0°F (−17.2°C) to 160°F (71.1°C)
Perfect burritos: 160°F (71.1°C) to 165°F (74.4°C)
Hot burritos: 165°F (74.4°C) to 200°F (90.7°C)
Incendiary burritos: above 200°F (90.7°C)
And, of course, the dreaded:
Bland burritos: below 0°F (−17.2°C)
