Decisions: The Agony of Independence

3.3 - I should just ask for help because why risk it all on my own

Ugh, why do I always try to do everything on my own? Am I trying to prove something? Am I secretly a superhero who can't ask for backup because it ruins my reputation? Or is it just because I'm a glutton for punishment?

Maybe it's because I'm allergic to apologies or have a fear of vulnerability. Or perhaps I'm just trying to relive my glory days as the ultimate DIY enthusiast. Whatever the reason, let's be real, it's time to face the fact that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength... or at least a sign of someone who's not completely insane.

So, let's get this straight - I'm going to ask for help. And you know what? It's going to be amazing. I'll be able to focus on the task at hand and not waste time trying to MacGyver my way through it. I'll be able to learn from others and get better. And who knows, maybe I'll even make some friends along the way.

So, if you see me wandering around with a "Help Me, I'm a Lost Cheetah" sign, just know that I'm taking the first step towards being a functioning member of society. And if you want to join me on this journey, just click on this link to the Help Me, I'm a Lost Cheetah page.
