Decree 3: The Unyielding Regulations

By order of the Supreme Ruler, we hereby establish the following rules:

Article 1: All citizens are required to wear socks with sandals in public.

Article 2: A 4am wake-up call will be issued every Sunday for all citizens to attend mandatory flag-waving ceremonies.

Article 3: The consumption of pineapple pizza is strictly prohibited.

Article 4: All forms of creative expression will be subject to approval by the Ministry of Censorship and Propaganda.
