Bathroom Protocol 3.0: Changes

Due to popular demand, we're making some changes to the bathroom protocol.

Effective immediately, toilet paper rolls must be installed with the new roll orientation.

We're also introducing a new system of Mandatory Toilet Paper Rolls, because who doesn't want to save time in the mornings?
