Listen, sis, I know you're trying, but honestly, that handmade ceramic mug with the faded, hand-painted picture of a cat on it is just...no. I mean, it's a nice thought, but I'm a grown adult human being with refined tastes, and that mug is just going to end up at the back of my desk drawer, next to the 12 other identical, hand-painted cat mugs you've gifted me over the years.
