Manifesto of the Inevitable Inhabitants of Differential Dystopia
Article 1, Section 1: We, the Inhabitants of Differential Dystopia, declare that our dystopian utopia shall be governed by the principles of chaos and anarchy.
Article 1, Section 2: All citizens shall be required to wear a minimum of 17 different hats at all times to signify their individuality.
Article 2, Section 1: The ruling council shall be composed of the most skilled and feared hackers and hackers-in-training.
