Directive 1: Mandatory Moustache Policy

By order of the Council of Esteemed Leaders, all citizens are required to sport a moustache at all times.

This is not a drill. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Public shaming
• Loss of privileges
• Reassignment to a menial task
