Underwater Weightlifting: Because who needs a beach body when you can have a pool body?
Step 1: Get in the pool, pretend you're a flamingo.
Step 2: Hold your breath, because you'll be underwater for a while.
Step 3: Lift those weights, or at least pretend to.
