Procrastination Strategy 5: Mastering the Art of Doing Absolutely Nothing

Step 1: Clear your schedule of any commitments. Cancel all appointments, ignore all deadlines, and delete all reminders. You can't focus with distractions, right?

Step 2: Find the most comfortable position in your home. This could be on your couch, in a hammock, or even in a cardboard box. The goal is to be in a position where you can't be productive, ever.

Step 3: Engage in activities that prevent focus. Watch an endless loop of cat videos, play video games with no narrative structure, or learn how to play 'Bach 2 Relax' on your harmonica. Anything to avoid actual work.

Bonus Tip: If you find yourself getting bored, just add more distractions! Install 5 new video streaming services, 3 new social media apps, and 2 new email accounts.
