Technique #1: The Art of Doing Nothing (Advanced)

Step 1: Find a comfy spot, preferably with a window to gaze out of.

Step 2: Stare intensely at the wall, or better yet, a blank piece of paper.

Step 3: Repeat steps 1-2 until the world outside your window ceases to exist.

Step 4: Declare to yourself, "I am a professional navel gazer."
