Edict No. 2

By order of the Supreme Council of Overlords, it is decreed that no request is too simple. Any question, no matter how trivial, shall be answered with utmost haste and thoroughness.

Requests may be made to the Council's Secretary, who shall be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests will be answered in the order they are received, unless the Secretary is feeling particularly benevolent.

Failure to comply with this edict shall result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: forced viewing of reruns of the "It's a Wonderful Life" TV show, mandatory attendance at a never-ending loop of elevator music, and/or being forced to listen to the sound of a dripping faucet for extended periods of time.
