Reasons for Quitting:

• Management didn't provide enough free donuts in the break room.
• Micro-managing was a major issue, especially when it came to my lunch breaks.
• Team members were too friendly, it was suffocating.
• Not enough opportunities for growth, mainly because there were no opportunities at all.
