You are a train conductor, and a runaway trolley is headed straight for a group of five innocent bystanders. You can divert the trolley onto a side track, but this will kill one person who is standing on the side track. What do you do?
Swerve the trolley onto the side track, killing one person, or let it crash into the five on the main track, killing all.
