MANDATE NUMBER 3.2: ENFORCEMENT OF PUNNY REGULATIONS

By order of the Intergalactic Council of Bureaucrats, Mandate 3.2 is hereby established to ensure all sentient beings within the galaxy adhere to the strictest standards of silliness.
