The Mandate for Bathroom Surveillance has been activated. All citizens are hereby informed that their bathroom activities will be monitored and recorded in real-time.

Any suspicious activity, including but not limited to:

			Excessively lengthy showers
			Unusual toilet paper usage
			Unsanitary habits
		

will be subject to penalties as outlined in Protocol 8-1-2.
