In the year 2024, the Quantum Leap project reached a historic low point. After years of research, millions of dollars, and a team of highly trained physicists, the machine still couldn't leap past a moderately difficult obstacle course. The team's morale was at an all-time low, with one scientist being seen walking out of the lab with a "I'm with stupid" t-shirt.
Theories were proposed, but none were proven. Some said it was the fault of the machine's power source, a rare earth element known as "Unobtanium." Others suggested that the problem lay in the team's lack of experience with "Quantum Wizardry."
