Rule 1: It's All About the Toppings

No taco-brew is complete without a minimum of 5 toppings: shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and a sprinkle of cilantro.

Any taco-brewer caught using a single topping will be subject to the dreaded "Taco-Brew Shame".

Rule 2: Brews Must Be Made In-House

No pre-made or store-bought brews will be allowed. Each brew must be crafted from scratch using only the finest ingredients and a dash of love.

A panel of expert judges will taste and deliberate on each brew, taking into account factors such as flavor, texture, and sheer aesthetic appeal.
