Rules of the Taco 'Brew Challenge

Section 1: The Brew-Off

Contestants must brew a minimum of 5 liters of their signature taco-themed beer.

Beer must be brewed on-site within the designated brew area, using only approved ingredients and equipment.

Section 2: The Taco-ception

Contestants must create a taco-based dish that incorporates their brewed beer as an ingredient or accompaniment.

A minimum of 10 tacos must be prepared and presented in a visually appealing manner.

Section 3: The Judging

A panel of esteemed judges will taste and evaluate the beers and tacos.

Criteria include aroma, flavor, and overall taco-ness.

Winner receives the coveted Golden Taco trophy and bragging rights.
