You must arrive at least 4 hours before the festival starts. Latecomers will be subject to a 10-point penalty.
Bring your favorite Velcro brand shoes. Non-Velcro shoes will not be tolerated.
Be prepared for extreme amounts of glue and string.
Do not touch other peoples' Velcro. Touching will result in an automatic 1-point penalty and a stern talking to.
Any player caught using an external adhesive source will be disqualified.
Only approved Velcros may be used during the game. No Velcros will be tolerated that are deemed "not- Velcros".
Winners will receive the Golden Velcro award.
Losers will receive the participation trophy that one guy gave away.
There will be a post-game BBQ. Don't be late.
