Perfectly Imperfect Soufflé Recipe

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Don't worry if it's not exactly 400°F, the imperfection will add character.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, and a pinch of salt. Add a dash of your favorite ingredient – be it bacon fat, pickle juice, or last night's regret.
  3. Pour the mixture into a soufflé dish and bake for 25 minutes or until it's... well, not perfectly puffed.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve with a side of "I meant to do that."
