Today we're going to learn the most unremarkable muffin recipe ever. A muffin so unremarkable, it's not even worth writing about. But, for the sake of this tutorial, let's pretend it's exciting.
Ingredients:
* 2 cups flour (the kind that's just fine, I guess)
* 1 cup sugar (white, because who needs brown sugar?)
* 1/2 cup butter (melted, because we're feeling fancy)
* 2 eggs (just, like, regular eggs)
* 1 tsp baking powder (because who doesn't love a good baking powder?)
* 1/4 cup milk (2% or skim, doesn't matter)
* 1/2 cup water (because, well, you know)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (because that's just what we do)
2. Mix everything together (in a bowl, with a spoon)
3. Pour into a greased muffin tin (because, why not?)
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes (just, like, until it's done)
And that's it! The most unremarkable muffin recipe ever. Enjoy!
