As we discussed in Chapter 3: The Purr-plexity, dogs are not just pets, they're stakeholders in urban development. But what happens when an exception occurs, like a dog that's also a ninja? Or a dog that's also a pastry chef?
Meet the team at Dogma, a group of experts in Canine Urban Planning (CUP). Our goal is to help cities accommodate the exceptional needs of dogs.
Not all dogs are created equal. Some are exceptional. To accommodate their needs, we must first identify which dogs are truly exceptional. This involves a thorough analysis of the dog's skills, abilities, and quirks.
Once we've identified the exceptional dog, we design spaces that cater to their unique needs. This might involve creating dog parks with ninja obstacle courses, or cafes with canine-friendly pastry menus.
The final step is to put our designs into action. This might involve working with city planners, architects, and dog owners to create a city that's welcoming to all dogs, regardless of their exceptional abilities.
